We help churches, ministries, and developers take a vision from idea to execution. That includes pre-construction planning, feasibility, budgeting, design coordination, bidding and negotiation support, construction management/owner’s representation, and consulting. Our job is to bring structure, clarity, and oversight so the project stays aligned, fundable, and deliverable.
Do you only work with churches?
No. We’re known for faith-based projects, but we also support commercial development including multi-family, retail, senior living, schools, hotels, and office buildings. The common denominator is this: projects that need disciplined planning, credible budgeting, and strong leadership alignment.

What’s the difference between consulting and construction management?
Consulting is strategy and structure: we help you clarify the plan, organize decision-making, strengthen governance (committees/roles), evaluate feasibility, and solve problems early—or recover projects that are stuck. Construction management/owner’s rep is execution oversight: bids, vendors, schedules, inspections, progress reporting, and delivery.
